The Indian Creek Nature Center contracted the SystemWorks team to perform MEP Commissioning, Building Envelope Commissioning, Certified Testing, Adjusting and Balancing, Indoor Air Quality Testing and Ongoing Commissioning as a part of their effort to achieve the Living Building Challenge. The Indian Creek Nature Center consists of a kitchen, auditorium, exhibit hall, bird viewing room, gift shop, classrooms and offices. This project featured an energy recovery unit, heat pumps, geothermal wells, circulation pumps and cabinet unit heaters.
