The Financial Office Building was awarded LEED Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council. The Financial Office Building consists of offices, conference rooms, a day care area, dine-in cafeteria with professional kitchen, gym with sauna, data center, and underground parking garage. This project featured geothermal heating and cooling, energy recovery unit, pumps, exhaust fans, radiant floor heat, heat pumps, lighting and day lighting controls.

SystemWorks was the commissioning authority and provided fundamental commissioning.
