The Iowa Central Community College Bio-Science and Health Science Center was awarded LEED® Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council. The Bio-Science and Health Science Center consists of bio-science laboratory, health science program of nursing, EMS, medical lab tech, medical assistant and radiology. This project featured air handler units, exhaust fans, heat pump units, energy recovery units, pumps, electric fin tubing aircuity, and split system.
