The Delta Dental was awarded LEED Silver by the U.S. Green Building Council. The Delta Dental consists of private offices, board room, employee break/training room, open office space, managerial private offices, conference rooms, and support spaces. This project featured geothermal heating and cooling, dedicated outside air unit, pumps, unit heaters, lighting and day lighting controls.
