The Lifelong Learning and Recreational Center was awarded LEED® Silver by the U.S. Green Building Council. The Learning and Recreational Center consists of indoor track, basketball courts, exercise classrooms, weight room, and offices. This project featured a geothermal water system, air handling units, boilers, unit heaters, and heat exchangers.
SystemWorks was the commissioning authority and provided fundamental commissioning.
