SystemWorks was hired to provide LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services for the Iowa State University Office of Economic Development building. The Iowa State University Office of Economic Development building consists of a large commons, lounge, open and private offices, board rooms and conference rooms. This project featured air handlers, water to water heat pumps, terminal air boxes, unit heaters, water sourced heat pump, lighting and day lighting controls and domestic hot water.
